We have now sunk to a depth at which the restatement of the obvious is the first duty of intelligent men. - George Orwell
A Look at Chuck Todd and Conspiratorial Media Incest
Time and again the media reports on gaffes and does not report on stories that not just conservatives, but people outside Washington and New York, are talking about. Time and again, the media decides something is so or something is not so and reports it as the media sees it even when a sizable portion of the country disagrees with them, whether it be abortion, gay marriage, global warming, war, poverty, Hurricane Katrina, Mitt Romney’s campaign, Obamacare, and the list goes on and on and on.
The press corp often ridicules various factions in the country for being stuck in echo chambers oblivious to their own echo chamber from which they rarely escape to experience America as most Americans live it. To Read the Whole Article….

Media Corruption Thursday, July 26, 2012
Everything we read in the newspapers and see on the news is a lie. Not necessarily lies of commission, although they have been guilty of that, but mostly lies of omission. What is even more disturbing is when they deliberately alter the events to give their lies solid foundations that appear as facts. I know the media are largely immune to libel laws compared to the rest of society, but you would think that they would at least make a stab at writing history correctly. I have concluded that they aren't very bright, very brave or very honest. Why? Two reasons! First they simply aren't....and secondly they are hired by people who also aren't any better going back to the days of Hearst and Pulitzer; both contemptible in many ways. The foundation for newspaper corruption goes back to the founding of the nation. Hearst and Pulitzer made yellow journalism a science. The interesting thing is that due to the internet the media is probably better than ever in American history. That's really frightening!

The Main Stream Media: Bought and Paid For!
Does "bought and paid for" sound a bit too condemnatory? They may not have received money, but they did receive access. That is their payment. Since this was their compensation for their corruption....... that constitutes being bought and paid for.
Yesterday I posted this article; We Need to Get This: The Media Lies....Constantly! I stated that "The media has had its way for so many years that they have begun to believe their own lies and distortions. Yet their proven “offenses include lying and fabricating, doctoring photos, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, falling for hoaxes, and overt bias.” It is absolutely true!
Please follow the link in the below article to get the full impact of what is actually going on. It should have been obvious to the most casual observer, but apparently even being hit with a brick won't dent some heads.

We Need to Get This: The Media Lies....Constantly!
The media has had its way for so many years that they have begun to believe their own lies and distortions. Yet their proven “offenses include lying and fabricating, doctoring photos, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, falling for hoaxes, and overt bias.”
The media has for years been displaying righteous indignation over what they started calling the pajama media. Marvin Kalb in 1998 said that "Matt Drudge's role in the Monica Lewinski scandal] strikes me as a new and graphic power of the Internet to influence mainstream journalism. And I suspect that over the next couple of years that impact will grow to the point where it will damage journalism's ability to do its job professionally, to check out information before publication, to be mindful of the necessity to publish and broadcast reliable, substantiated information."
So according the Kalb…and the rest of them…..their concern is one of facts, factual reporting and responsible behavior. Yet if they performed this disreputably in any other field of endeavor, other than politics or law….they would be fired.

No One Can Warp Reality Like the Media
Over the years I have placed a great deal of the blame on the rise of the green movement and the outrageous regulations imposed on the nation because of them on the media. They have distorted the science, misreported the events and have generally favored these radical environmental groups for decades. This is just one more piece of evidence that everything you read in the newspapers, everything you see on the news is like looking through a warped lens of a telescope. Describing what they do as propaganda is being kind. And much of what you see on the documentaries on the nature and science channels are nothing short of greenie propaganda also.
